How quickly can you get started with my monthly bookkeeping?
Most clients are onboarded within 2-3 weeks.
What information do you need from me each month?
You’ll provide access to your bank accounts, credit card statements, receipts for expenses, sales records, and vendor invoices, but with cloud-based software, much of this data flows automatically, minimizing your monthly workload.
When will I receive my monthly financial statements?
The timing of your monthly financial statements depends on your service level. Clients enrolled in our higher level service packages receive their financial statements earlier each month, while clients on our Basic Services receive statements typically by the 15th of the following month.
Final delivery timing is dependent on receiving all required financial information, such as bank statements, credit card statements, and supporting documentation. Once all information is received, we complete and deliver your financials promptly. Regardless of service level, you always have real-time access to your financial data through your accounting software.
How much time do I need to spend on bookkeeping each month?
The amount of time you’ll spend on bookkeeping varies based on how responsibilities are shared between your team and ours. Most clients find that their monthly time commitment is significantly reduced once we take over the day-to-day accounting work.
